Assessed and authorised by SKC

SKC lists us as its distributor for Germany with the SKC Authorised Service Centre designation. In SKC’s own words: "SKC Authorised Service Centres have been assessed as competent to maintain, repair and calibrate SKC products on behalf of SKC Ltd."

That assessment is not a formality: our technicians are individually SKC-certified, trained at SKC, and return for re-certification on a regular cycle, so the procedures on our bench are the current factory procedures, not a decade-old memory. Both current certificates are shown below.

Certificate No. 0619 — Matthias Boularot

SKC certifies Matthias Boularot as competent to maintain, repair and calibrate the SKC product range on behalf of Analyt-MTC GmbH — issued October 2024, with the technician’s competency reviewed on a three-year cycle in accordance with EN 60079-19, the standard governing equipment repair for explosive atmospheres.

Certificate No. 0620 — Vincent Singer

The same SKC Authorised Service Centre certification for Vincent Singer: service, repair and calibration across the SKC pump range — from Pocket Pump to AirChek and Leland Legacy — each certificate backed by a product schedule listing exactly what its holder is authorised to work on.

SKC pump repair and service: all air sampling pumps

We service the full SKC pump range. Repairs use genuine SKC parts exclusively — your pump stays within factory specification, and its warranty and conformity documentation stay intact.

Low-flow sampling pumps

Personal and pocket pumps for tube and low-flow applications — the pumps most industrial-hygiene programmes run on.

High-flow sampling pumps

Higher-flow pumps for filter and area sampling, serviced to the same SKC specifications.

ATEX pumps keep their certification

Sampling in explosive atmospheres leaves no room for improvisation: an ATEX pump opened by an unauthorised workshop is an ATEX pump no more. We are trained and authorised by SKC to service ATEX sampling pumps — with genuine parts and factory procedures — so your pump comes back with its ATEX certification intact.

What does SKC pump service involve?

A sampling pump is not calibrated the way a flow meter is — it is verified. We check the battery capacity, the flow, the back-pressure compensation and the leak-tightness of every pump against SKC’s specifications, on test fixtures built for exactly this work. Pumps that display a flow reading get that reading verified as well.

And an honest note from the people who service them: whatever the display says, good practice is still to set your sampling train with a proper flow meter before you sample.

SKC pump annual service, documented

An annual service confirms the pump performs within its specification and that every function works as intended — and it comes documented: a service test certificate issued under SKC authorization, to SKC’s exact specifications, with every unit.

When a pump needs more than service, we repair it — with genuine SKC parts exclusively, from stock. Warranty and conformity documentation stay intact.

Serviced for the field

A sampling pump earns its keep on a worker’s belt, through long shifts in dust, heat and noise. That is where a missed leak or a tired battery costs you a sample — and why every pump we service goes back proven against SKC’s specifications.

Beyond pumps

Electronic and mechanical repairs on gas mass flow and pressure instruments have their own service line at our technical center.

How to send in your SKC pump for repair

One procedure covers every device we service: two documents, a bare, properly packed pump, and tracking from arrival to return shipment.
