XFM are compact mass flow meters designed to measure flow rates of gases. Using thermal mass flow metering, these meters offers accuracy and can store calibration for up to 10 different gases.
XFM meters includes: high and low flow alarm, programmable flow totalizer, automatic zero adjustment, 2 relay outputs, selectable 0-5 Vdc/4-20 mA analog outputs and optional 2×16 characters LCD display.
Those meters offer a digital interface with RS-232 or RS-485 communication protocols (optional Profibus DP). Data include : Flow, CPU temperature, auto zero, totalizer and alarm settings, gas table, conversion factors and engineering units selection, dynamic response compensation and linearization table adjustment
The meters can be configured for flow ranges from 5 smL/min to 1000 sL/min N2. they can by connected to the process 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” compression fittings and 3/4” FNPT fittings. Optional fittings are available. They can be used as benchtop units or mounted with screws in the base.
