DFC Mass Flow Controller
DFC programmable thermal mass flow controller with digital signal processing.
DFC’s are compact digital mass flow controllers designed to control flow rates of gases. Using thermal mass flow metering, they offer accuracy and digital interface.
These controllers can be accesed remotly using the RS-232/RS485 interface. The mass flow can also be accessed by the analog output either in 0-5Vdc/0-10Vdc or 4-20mA. Totalizer, flow and pressure alarms can also be set by the user.
DFC mass flow controllers can be configured for flow ranges from 10 smL/min to 100 sL/min N2. The meters can be connected to the process with 1/8″, 1/4”, 3/8” compression fittings. Optional fittings are available. They can be used as benchtop units or mounted with screws in the base.
