Solu-CAP Cassette Inserts for Metals Analysis

Solu-CAPs are ideal for metal determinations and provide for the inclusion of non-filter deposits as specified in several NIOSH elemental analytical methods.

• The Solu-CAP captures all particles for metal analysis, and eliminates the need to wipe cassette walls for analysis – no sample losses
• Solu-CAP inserts are dome-shaped filter capsules moulded of clear static-dissipative dissoluble cellulose acetate that are heat-sealed to a quality MCE filter
• The entire sampler is completely soluble following NIOSH Method 7300 digestive procedure
• Solu-CAP is now specified in NIOSH 7306.
• Solu-CAPs are supplied preloaded in two-piece SureSeal Cassettes with support pads

Accu-CAP Cassette Inserts for Gravimetric Analysis

Ideal for capturing an entire sample for gravimetric analysis. Accu-CAP features a static-dispative plastic dome, sealed to a qualty PVC filter and fits between the inlet and outlet sections of a SKC SureSeal 2-piece cassette with support pad.

• Meets specifications of NIOSH Method 0501 for gravimetric analysis
• Ensure entire sample is captured and analyzed
• Addresses NIOSH concerns about cassette wall losses
• Fits inside a 37-mm, 2-piece SKC cassette with support pad
